=Property Sign=

<font color="#DAA520">Each property comes with a sign, which serves as both a marker and a management hub for your rental.</font> The sign is publicly visible to others and should always be treated as an in-universe naming of your character’s residence or place of business.

The <font color="#DAA520">INFORMATION</font> page will allow you review the Rent Details, current rent cost and the date of your next rent cycle payment.

The <font color="#DAA520">SECURITY</font> page of your property sign allows you to manage who can enter, interact with, or manage your space by assigning roles.

<font color="#DAA520">Roles & Privileges:</font>

*<font color="#DAA520">Friend</font>
**Open doors, and access containers marked for friends.
**Lock down and release items they themselves placed.

*<font color="#DAA520">Co-owner</font>
**All Friend privileges.
**Add or remove players from the Friends list.
**Place secure containers.
**Place house add-ons.
**Rename the house.
**Open doors,  and access containers set to co-owner.

*<font color="#DAA520">Owner</font>
**All Friend and Co-owner privileges.
**Add or remove both Friends and Co-owners.
**Release any locked-down item or secure container.
**Access containers, doors, and teleporters restricted to Owner only.
**Set security levels on doors, and containers.
**Trade or abandon the property.
**Change sign hanger, and sign style


The <font color="#DAA520">STORAGE</font> page of your property sign tracks how many items and containers your property can support. It determines the total amount of decorations, furniture, and supplies you can place and keep safe inside your space:
*<font color="#DAA520">Lockdowns</font> – Shows the maximum number of items that can be locked down in the property (used for decorations, furniture, and general items you don't want to be picked up by guest).
*<font color="#DAA520">Secures</font> – Shows the maximum number of containers that can be secured (chests, crates, cupboards, etc.) with permission settings applied. Everything inside a secured container is protected by those settings.


The <font color="#DAA520">CUSTOMIZE</font> page allows you to access the sign's appearance and naming:
*<font color="#DAA520">Sign Description</font> – Edit the text that appears on your property’s sign.
*<font color="#DAA520">Change House Sign</font> – Swap between available sign styles and appearances.
*<font color="#DAA520">Toggle Hanger Visible</font> – Show or hide the hanging portion of the sign.
