Skill Perks

(25%) Concussion Blow: Does Direct Damage to the Target based on the difference between their current Hit Points and Focus. The greater the difference, the more Damage they receive.

(50%) Crushing Blow: Increases attacker damage by 50% for a single attack.

(75%) Sunder: Initiates a Bleed attack that deals 15-31 direct damage over 10 seconds.
