Painting Supplies can be made by Engineers and Woodworkers but a Survivalist can make one with a few uses with in a pinch.
Please note that while the list of crafts in your supplies is small, Painting largely relies on what you make with these components when applied to the Quality Crafting system.
NOTE: Attempting this work without a proper bench wastes both time and resources. Expect to spend twice the listed materials when working outside a fitted workshop.
